“Since the introduction of TMS we have noticed a great improvement in attendance. We can identify the problem areas instantly as reports are run on a daily basis. It has greatly assisted with forward planning of rosters as we can see how many staff are required for a particular shift. I use the HR facility and have all staff details on the system, I find this to be a very useful tool, its easy to access details of a particular employee, prior to this, I had to look up files to get a phone number, which was time consuming. I have also noticed a reduction in the number of queries from staff to personnel. Advance Systems personnel are very professional and their friendliness and helpfulness has made it all work so well for us.”
